Well, I'm just checking in, after not being here since the Mayhem Fest. I guess I hadn't really felt like coming back. No big deal, just not feeling the "community" that used to be here. A little disappointed.

I'm just watching the finals of Last Comic Standing, and I'm thinking: of all of the stupid contestant shows going these days, I actually like this one. There's always at least half-dozen comedians that are actually funny.

Speaking of funny, support your local comics- check the listings for your closest comedy club, and so see some stand-up. You'll be glad that you did! Laughing is good for you, and keeps you young!

Eh, just thinking that this weekend went too fast. Next week will will be really easy at work, since it's "shut down" week, but I still have orders to place.

So, I really looking forward to the long weekend, next weekend. I hope to see a butt-load of Rock-o-Holics at the Pass! Party time! ;)

Are you going to the Mayhem Festival, and happen to be as HARDCORE a Disturbed Fan as I am? Well...

I belong to the fanclub site, and pre-ordered the Internet Limited Edition of the new album, and received a "promotional code" to upgrade to platinum member, which also allowed me to score one of the 30 spots for the VIP Lounge and the Meet-n-Greet... and I can bring one guest...

Seeing as how the gig is on a weekday, none of my friends could/would take the day off of work, so I'm going solo... which means I have no guest...

I was thinking, that instead of just grabbing some unknown person at the concert & letting them be my "guest", I'd rather offer the spot to one of my fellow Rock-o-holics that already planned on going to the gig- and that are TRULY a HARDCORE Disturbed Fan!

If you think you'd be interested, PM me, & I'll do some kind of drawing or something, about a week before the gig. Or, maybe, I'll pick the person with the most interesting reason as to why they should be picked to meet Disturbed? What do you think?
